Our presenter, Jonathan Coupal, has been involved in the IT industry for more than 25 years. He is the VP of Infrastructure and Security and a founding partner at ITX Corp., headquartered in Rochester, NY. ITX is a software development company focused on developing and hosting software product solutions for local and national clients. The company was established to help clients solve complex problems through technology.
Jonathan leads a team of computer security and cloud infrastructure specialists. He brings value to client-facing work with his expertise in multiple security domains, including compliance, risk management, software development, operations, and infrastructure.
When not training for his next race or learning new things, Jonathan spends time outdoors with his family trying to conquer the 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks. He also volunteers as a guide with the Adirondack Club and as a mentor with SCORE.
