The United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC) and Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO) have contracted A-Z Information Jamaica Limited to conduct an assessment of business opportunities for Jamaican non-food manufacturing in your market. Jamaica has a successful history of doing business all over the world in manufactured food items but would like to develop business opportunities in other areas. The areas of particular interest include:
• Personal care items – cosmetics, soaps, shampoos, etc.
• Essential oils – black castor oil, lemon grass, peppermint, etc.
• Doors and frames
• Medicaments
• Chemicals
• Animal feeds
In order to explore the opportunities better, we are asking you to lend your support by inviting 30-40 of your members to join us at any of the six specially arranged 30-minute online focus groups being held on
