A Buffalo State University certificate program designed for people of color, women, and disadvantaged business owners.
The objective of this comprehensive program is to help businesses to expand their sales and secure more contracts. To do this, the program’s focus is marketing and contract readiness. Importantly, it will help a business to build its credibility and greatly increase its ability to compete. Sessions run over an 8 week period. Each session and activity earns points toward the certificate. Further and best of all – the program prepares you to conduct business with anchor institutions, government, and prime contractors.
This training specifically provides training with creating:
• A perfect pitch – a one minute – highly effective pitch about one’s business
• A 10 minute verbal presentation – with power point
• A one- page capability statement
• A written business proposal
• Enhanced Social Media Presence
• Professional Photograph
