While dealing with bids, proposals, contracts and tenders, businesses are faced with terms like RFP, RFI and RFQ. These terms are used interchangeably and are somewhat inter-related, but all have different meaning and purpose. What do these terms mean and how are they different? What do RFPs, RFI’s and RFQ’s look like and what do business responses to these requests look like? Come and join us for an informational webinar that discusses the basics of these terms and how to best respond.
Our Presenter for the evening is Almarie Falbo who is a SCORE volunteer and a Business Operations executive. Ms. Falbo’s work career includes Xerox Corporation, Bausch Lomb, NEC (where she served as COO), Agilent Technologies, and Avaya. She has served on several advisory boards for start-ups. Almarie earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.
NOTE: SCORE Buffalo Niagara will also be offering an in-person clinic on Wednesday, May 8, where attendees can bring individual RFPs/RFIs/RFQ’s to discuss with Ms. Falbo. Seating for the clinic is limited. Register by going to score.org/buffaloniagara/local-workshops.
