The Western New York Law Center’s Small Business Legal Clinic will present on legal considerations for entrepreneurs and business owners of all experience levels.
The program includes a 50-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes for questions from 10-11 am.
Following the presentation is a drop-in clinic for the second hour (11-noon) where small business owners and entrepreneurs can receive free legal advice for their business on topics including, but not limited to: business formation and business entities, contracts, leases, licenses/permits/zoning, employee vs. independent contractors, tax considerations, and/or buying/selling/dissolving/closing a business.
