Dear WNY, Have you heard about our new delicious monthly series at the Downtown Bazaar? Tuesdays with Andrew is a culinary exploration featuring a cuisine that you can sample, savor, and explore, led by Andrew Galarneau, an independent digital journalist offering his food report at fourbites.net. Join us this month on May 21 from 5-6 pm as we feature the food of Abyssinia Ethiopian Cuisine and chef-owner Zelalem Gemmeda. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased here. Zelalem will welcome guests with an Ethiopian coffee ceremony (Habesha coffee ceremony), a core cultural custom in Ethiopia. The evening’s menu will feature her signature dishes:
