AIGENCY Partners – Will Zacher, Co-founder

Updated Description:

AIGENCY is revolutionizing the construction industry by introducing an AI-powered platform that
automates material takeoffs from blueprints, significantly reducing costs and improving efficiency. The platform caters primarily to the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC sectors, which represent a substantial portion of the industry’s $3.3 trillion annual revenue.

AIGENCY’s platform utilizes advanced AI models to read and interpret blueprints, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and automatically generating material takeoff lists. This innovation not only slashes the bid preparation time by 80% but also enhances accuracy and reduces labor costs associated with manual takeoffs. By transforming the traditional process, AIGENCY helps clients like Morgan, an electrical contractor, to scale operations without the burden of excessive costs typically associated with outsourced or in-house estimators.

AIGENCY has successfully demonstrated its capability with NewSource, an electrical contractor
in Buffalo, NY, achieving significant milestones including a $250,000 contract for phase II development. The financial outlook is promising with projected revenues escalating from $8,918
in Q1 2025 to $417,247 by Q2 2026, highlighting rapid adoption and scalability of the platform.

The current focus is on expansion into other construction sectors and further product development, with a projected budget of $300K.  This investment is poised to solidify AIGENCY’s position in the market, offering a scalable solution to an industry ripe for innovation.

Kulture Khazana – Akruti Babaria, Founder/CEO
Kulture Khazana connects families with cultural stories through play. Kulture Khazana creates toys, games, puzzles, and craft kits inspired by South Asian culture.

An immigrant, when Akruti had her first child, she could not find resources that depicted her home and heritage on any store shelves. Several South Asian families were in the same boat. Akruti started Kulture Khazana to create resources that are authentic, fun, shareable, and accessible.

With year-over-year 200% growth past 4 years, Kulture Khazana is one of the first South Asian-inspired toy companies to be listed on Target.com, Nordstrom.com, Macys.com, and Walmart.com.

Kulture Khazana has 2 main customer demographics – Nisha (South Asian mom, $200K+ family income, cares about culture), and Brenda (neighbors with or friends with Nisha, explores other cultures, a busy mom). Brenda’s are organically growing.

Kulture Khazana won the FedEx Small Business Grant contest in 2022, and has been featured on Good Morning America twice. We are well positioned to grow 200% in 2024 and with a retail PO in the works for 2025, will continue to grow.

Kulture Khazana is exploring the education, and small toy store market to further penetration.

With a Founder who has lived the experiences and understands the problems first hand, Kulture Khazana is building a team to focus on operational efficiency, growth marketing, and sales. For more information, please visit – https://kulturekhazana.com/
